&lt;p&gt;This half day interactive workshop is for those whether professionals or simply ordinary people who through the virtue of compassion provides a measure of mental, social, emotional and family support to those needing them. Often such practices overwhelm the providers where they become enmeshed in the practice and dysfunctional. Hence, they themselves will require some sort of directions and recalibration to bring them back to normalcy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A short meditation session will follow at the end of workshop for self-reflection.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Takeaways:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Participants will recognise some red flags indicating possible signs of exhaustion from the practice.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Methods of recovery from such breakdowns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Differences between discharging such practices as a professional or merely a volunteer.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The pursuit of commercial vs spiritual rewards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Refocussing our inherent behavioral and mental actions.&lt;/li&gt;
